Ryan Odendahl is the President and a partner at Kwest Group, a civil and environmental construction firm that performs projects for a multitude of clients in the energy, rail, petrochemical, defense, and public/private infrastructure markets. Under his leadership, and with the support and dedication of the Kwest Group Team, the company has grown from a small local contractor to a nationwide firm performing across the United States and Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The keystone of the Kwest Group Culture is a strong emphasis on safety and the involvement of employees at all levels in the execution of the program. Kwest Group has achieved over 1.2 million man-hours without a lost-time incident and has been awarded two ABC National Safety Pinnacle Awards (2014, 2015). Ryan served 8 years in the United States Marine Corps and went on to attend The University of Findlay where he graduated with honors, earning both a BS in Safety and Environmental Management and an MBA. An avid outdoorsman, Ryan is also active with the Boy Scouts of America – Erie Shores Council, having held multiple local unit leadership roles.
