Ralph Riley is the Safety/Workforce Programs Manager for S & B Engineers and Constructors, Ltd., Houston, Texas. In this role, Ralph has helped make S & B safety and health management systems a phenomenal success while tapping into a greatly diverse national workforce. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Prairie View A & M, Prairie View, Texas, and a Master’s of Science Degree in Administration from Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant, Michigan.
