Josh is the Senior Manager of Safety & Security at dressbarn where he leads and directs the Safety & Security team in the execution of a robust strategy for the stores and Home Office. His responsibilities include the development and implementation of comprehensive safety and security strategies focused on the mitigation of associate and customer injuries through training and awareness, the management of emergency and crisis situations, and the reduction of shrink through physical security programs, processes, and procedures. Prior to joining dressbarn, Josh held the position of Manager of Safety & Crisis Management at Toys”R”Us where he was responsible for leading the safety efforts for the stores and distribution centers. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 year old daughter traveling, being outdoors, and watching movies.
